PACAI is a Michelin-listed fine dining restaurant in Vilnius that introduces guests to original, innovative flavours inspired by Nordic and Lithuanian cuisines.
Location: PACAI is located in the hotel bearing the same name, which occupies the historic 17th-century palace founded by Mykolas Kazimieras Pacas. This famous military leader, who defeated the Moscow army and strengthened Vilnius defences, hired Italian artists to design the mansion. Thus, sculptor Giovanni Pietro Perti, a major figure in the late 18th-century European Baroque style, decorated the palace with sculptures and mouldings, while Florentine painter Michelangelo Palloni created wall frescoes.
Uniquely, the old Pacai Palace still echoes the compliments that Russian Emperor Alexander I once paid to Lithuanian Countess Sofija Tyzenhauzaitė and memories of the grand banquet held in honour of French Emperor Napoleon in Vilnius.

The hotel restaurant bearing the same name also became famous for its role in cultural discussions alongside growing political dissent. Thus, it attracted a diverse range of visitors, including writers, poets, painters, musicians, teachers, doctors, and actors. Yet, these stories give only a glimpse into Neringa's unique history.

Stikliai is a fine dining Michelin restaurant in Vilnius, renowned both in Lithuania and beyond for its refined flavours, high service standards, elegance, and subtle luxury.
Location: Stikliai is housed in a five-star hotel of the same name, whose walls bear stories spanning centuries. In 1645, pharmacist Romanas Krasnickis, a co-owner of the building at Gaono St. 7 / Stiklių St. 11, transferred the property to the Rosary Brotherhood, which operated near the Holy Spirit Church. Until nationalization in 1940, the Brotherhood rented the premises to wealthy merchants. From the 18th to the end of the 19th century, an inn operated here.
Over the centuries, the building has been damaged by several fires, but 16th-century architectural elements remain to this day on the second hotel floor, while Gothic masonry and the spatial structure from the 15th century are still visible in the basement.

Nestled in the Žvėrynas neighborhood, Veranda is a salon-bar that blends local culinary traditions with European gastronomy. On weekends, it also greets guests with live jazz music.
Location: The building housing Veranda dates back to 1901. Records show V. Martinson, a merchant from the First Guild of St. Petersburg, operated his office here. Martinson, who owned the entire Žvėrynas area, prepared a land distribution plan for the district, which also shaped the current urban layout of this neighbourhood. Moreover, his efforts led to incorporating Žvėrynas, previously outside the city, into the territory of Vilnius.
